WBHO Infrastructure

WBHO Infrastructure is a WA-based civil construction business that has operated under various names since 1987. It operates across multiple sectors, including roads, mining infrastructure, telecommunications and concessions.

The company employs over 350 people in Australia and has seven offices in WA, NSW, Qld and Victoria.

Its parent company, WBHO, is headquartered in South Africa where it is one of the largest civil engineering, roads, earthworks and building construction companies and is listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange.

The Australian business won a Business News Rising Stars award in 2012.

In February 2022, WBHO Infrastructure was placed into administration when Johannesburg-listed Wilson Bayly Holmes - Ovcon withdrew financial support for its Australian subsidiary WBHO Australia.

In April 2022 WBHO Infrastructure has been acquired by SRG Global through a Deed of Company Arrangement. It is now a wholly owned subsidiary of SRG Global and renamed “SRG Global Infrastructure”.
