Construction contracts and tenders June 1 to 14

The Housing Authority has awarded seven regional construction contracts worth a combined $25.5 million.

Kullarri Building received a $5.1 million contract to construct 12 houses in Yungngora in the Kimberley.

Kullarri has also won the $4 million contract to demolish one dwelling and build nine new dwellings in Bidyadanga.

Ri-con Contractors was awarded a contract to build 12 dwellings at Lombadina and a single dwelling at Djarinjin.

The $4.8 million contract consists of two 2-bedroom dwellings, seven 3-bedroom dwellings, and four 4-bedroom dwellings.

In a separate contract worth $4.7 million, Ri-con has been hired to construct 13 dwellings at Pia Wadjari and 14 dwellings at Yulga Jinna.

A $3.1 million contract was awarded to Kimberley Green Constructions for the building of six dwellings in Moogardie, five in Ganinyi, and eight in Pullout Springs. Additionally the company won a $1.8 million contract for four dwellings in Warmun.

Brolga Developments & Construction has been awarded the $2.1 million contract for 5 new houses in the Mowanjum Community.
