Brian J Rear has resigned as a director of Horseshoe Metals.
Stephen F Belben has been appointed as an independent, non-executive director of Tech Mpire. Mr Belben has also assumed the role of the chairman to the board of the company following the resignation of Darren Wates.
He was a senior partner at Ernst & Young for 9 years.
Charbel Nader has resigned as a director of Aspermont.
Ann Pickard has been appointed as a non-executive director to the board of Woodside Petroleum. Ms Pickard left Shell earlier this month after 15 years in various roles, including executive vice-president, Arctic, where she was responsible for Shell’s Arctic exploration work.
She is also a director of KBR and served as a director of Westpac Banking Corporation between 2011 and 2014.
Ian Cochrane has been appointed as an independent, non-executive director to the board of Dacian Gold.
Mr Cochrane is a corporate lawyer and company director. He joined Corrs Chambers Westgarth in 1986 and then Mallesons Stephen Jaques, specialising in mergers & acquisitions. He co-established law firm Cochrane Lishman, which was acquired by Clifford Chance in 2011.
Mr Cochrane is presently chairman of VOC Group, and deputy chairman of Ausdrill, Wright Prospecting and Ardross Estates.
He was also previously a director of Rugby WA and the West Australian Ballet.
Warwick Lynch has been promoted to the position of chief financial officer of Seven West Media.
Mr Lynch joined the company in 1996 and has held a number of key finance roles including television finance manager, group financial controller and deputy chief financial officer. Prior to joining, Seven West Media, Mr Lynch worked with Chrysalis Media Group in London and Ernst & Young.
