Alex Eastwood worked in London, Sydney and Perth as a corporate and commercial lawyer. He has extensive experience in private practice and in-house, advising clients in the resources sector on a range of corporate governance, transactional and operational matters. Prior to joining Gryphon, Mr Eastwood was general counsel of Imdex.
